Intro
The opener. Ten to thirty seconds that tell a listener which show they're in.
A monthly composition retainer for podcast agencies and networks. Electronic music, beats and ambient: intros, outros, stingers and beds for every client show, from one composer.
If you make podcasts for clients, you need a lot of music. Every new show needs an intro. Most need an outro, a few stingers and a bed for the ad reads. That adds up fast.
The retainer is for podcast production agencies, podcast networks and in-house teams that run brand podcasts. You might launch two shows a month or look after twenty. Either way, you want custom podcast music without starting a new search, a new contract and a new invoice each time.
New client shows each quarter, each needing its own sound.
Many shows that should feel related but not the same.
Clients who care about how their show sounds next to their brand.
You want one supplier and one kind of paperwork for every show.

Hi, I'm Luke.
I'm an experienced music producer specialising in electronic, beat-based and ambient music. I've produced intro music for brands, startups and even Google. I write every piece myself, and you deal with me directly.
Podcast audio branding is more than an intro. Every show gets all six of these, written to match.
The opener. Ten to thirty seconds that tell a listener which show they're in.
A closing cue that matches the intro, so every episode ends the way it began.
Two to five second hits for segment changes, reveals and recurring features.
Low, steady loops that sit under talk, reads and cold opens without fighting the voice.
Short cues in and out of ad breaks, so the switch feels planned.
Short, long and instrumental versions of the intro, ready for trailers and socials.
The same four steps every time, so your team always knows what's next.
Tell us about the show, the host and the feel. Reference tracks help. So does a rough length.
We compose and produce every track in our studio, in the key and tempo of the show's kit.
You and your client listen and send notes. We revise until it fits.
You get mixed WAV files, stems where useful, and a written licence for the show.
Every piece comes with a written licence that names the show it was made for.
Buying a ready-made track for a client instead? The standard licence covers client work too. See podcast music licensing for the details.
Every show gets a full sound kit, written to match. Pick how many shows you need each month, and change it as your roster grows.
Only need one intro? Pick a ready-made intro from the store, or ask about a single custom piece.
Electronic music, beats and ambient. That covers clean, modern intros, laid-back beats for chat shows and calm beds for interviews and true crime. If a show needs a full orchestra or a live band, we'll tell you straight away that we're not the right fit.
You pick how many shows you need each month. Every show gets a full sound kit: an intro, an outro, music beds and stingers, all written to match. You send briefs whenever you like, and we deliver each kit within the month.
Because you know exactly what each show gets, and what it costs, before anything starts. There are no timesheets and no surprise invoices. If a month gets busy, we add a show.
Yes. Every kit is licensed for the client show it was written for, on every platform, including ads, sponsorships and paid feeds. The licence doesn't expire.
Yes. If a client wants its intro kept for its own show, we'll write it as an exclusive and won't license it to anyone else. Just say so in the brief.
Then a single custom composition is the better fit. You can also start with a standard track from the store and come back when your roster grows.
We agree that up front. Most agencies plan a few months ahead, so the count rarely goes to waste. Ask and we'll set it out in the quote.
Let's talk about your roster.
