About us
Introbleep is a trading name of Luke Tyler, Lakeside Edge, Peterborough, PE7 8RH. You can reach us at hello@introbleep.com.
Buying music
Prices are shown on each product page. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through. You'll then receive an email with your download link and your licence certificate.
Please download your files and keep your own copy. If you lose them, email us with your order details and we'll help.
Exclusive tracks
Some tracks are sold as exclusives. An exclusive track is only ever sold once. As soon as your payment goes through, we take it off sale and we won't license it to anyone else after that. Everything else about your licence is the same as below.
Refunds
Your download link is emailed to you as soon as you pay. If something isn't right, email us at hello@introbleep.com within 14 days of the date of purchase and we'll put it right, whether that means fixing a file or giving you a refund. After 14 days from the date of purchase, we can't offer refunds.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any consumer rights that your local law gives you.
The licence
Every purchase comes with the licence below. It is the same wording as the licence certificate attached to your order email, which is made out to you.
Grant of licence
Introbleep ("we") grants the person or business that bought the track ("you") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the audio recordings included in your purchase for commercial and non-commercial purposes, on the terms below. The licence starts on the date of purchase and does not expire.
What you can do
You can use the track as the intro, outro or transitional audio in your own creative or professional content, including:
- Podcasts, including monetised podcasts and podcasts published on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or any other platform.
- YouTube videos, including monetised videos with ads, sponsorships and paid memberships.
- Twitch streams, including monetised streams, subscriptions and stream recordings.
- Social media on any platform, including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Paid courses, memberships and gated content.
- Client work, where the intro is used in content you produce on behalf of a client.
You can change the length of the track to fit your content and layer voiceover, sound effects or other audio over the top. Attribution isn't required, although it's welcome.
What you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the audio files, in their original form or anything substantially similar.
- Claim ownership of the composition or the master recording.
- Register the music with a performing rights organisation such as ASCAP, BMI or PRS, or any equivalent. Doing so causes copyright claims against legitimate buyers, including you.
- Use the music in a way that is defamatory, hateful or promotes illegal activity.
- Use the music as the main creative element of a product whose value is the music itself, such as releasing it as a single, putting it on an album, or selling it in a sample pack or loop library.
Copyright and ownership
Title, ownership and all rights, now and in the future, in the original recordings stay with Introbleep. This licence lets you use the music in your content. It does not transfer copyright in the composition or the recording to you.
Proof of licence
If you receive a copyright claim on any platform, such as a YouTube Content ID claim, show your licence certificate and your order email as proof of your right to use the track. If there's a dispute, we'll help legitimate buyers resolve it. Email hello@introbleep.com with your certificate and order email attached.
If the licence terms are broken
If you break these terms, this licence ends and you must stop using the music.
